Below are the terms and conditions for using the criteria with which an assessment is performed with Optimal SCANS

The conditions for using the Optimal SCANS system as a whole are laid down in a separate license agreement. The general terms and conditions of services provided by Planet+Partners can be found at the bottom right of this website.
No rights can be derived from the use of a demonstration version of Optimal SCANS or a specific Scan or Benchmark in Optimal SCANS.
